Helping a Global Airline Move Faster Inside a Complex Drupal Multisite Environment

When their previous agency began winding down operations mid-project, the Nicholas School needed a partner who could step in quickly and see the website through to launch. Kairos finalized required functionality, working closely with Duke's central IT team to meet their unique security requirements. The project concluded with a successful launch and smooth handoff to the Duke Web Services team.
In celebration of MassArt's 150th anniversary, we enhanced the homepage and hero slider with custom components that reflect the College's bold visual identity and creative spirit. Our work helped the site capture the energy of the milestone while remaining accessible, flexible, and easy to maintain. We also provided Drupal training and ongoing mentorship to support MassArt’s in-house designers and content editors, equipping them to manage and evolve the site with confidence.
We migrated the Roadmap Writers site from Shopify to Drupal, and tailored it to support their uniquely complex service model. Highlights include: - Customizations supporting time-based sessions, group classes, and program series. - Streamlined management experience to automate tasks and avoid duplicate content. - Integrations with Formstack, QuickBooks, PayPal, Elavon, Klaviyo and Monday.com. - Phased rollout prioritizing VIP users and gleaning rapid feedback before full launch.
Bringing to life the design mockups from Arcalyst’s marketing partner, Kairos crafted a precise, mobile responsive Drupal build grounded in strong architecture, clean code, and subtle interactive cues for a polished user experience. We engineered an intuitive editing workflow tailored to their team’s needs and built for efficiency. Through close collaboration and rigorous quality testing, we facilitated a seamless launch and gave Arcalyst a platform built for long-term growth.
Through elegant visual design and creative theming, Kairos shaped the Arigato site to convey clarity, efficiency, and the relief that automation brings. We produced custom animations that add warmth and energy, including a hero sequence showing Arigato’s connectivity. We built a reliable backend with an efficient editing interface, and themed the full site, including the template library and integration showcase, delivering a flexible experience centered on ease for merchants.
